There’s a company in Los Angeles selling a fleece jacket for iPods. The unique thing is that the controls for your iPod are on the sleeve of the jacket!

You connect a control module from the jacket to your iPod, and then you’ll be able to control basic iPod functions from a touch panel on your sleeve!

The company Kenpo Fashions claims that it supports iPods from the Mini and Nano, to the iPod Movie and Touch models. It is even compatible with the iPhone.

Geeks rejoice….you’ve got some cool geek clothing for those chilly Spring days!

I’ve always liked clamshell-style phones (maybe its my brain channeling all those old Star Trek episodes), so if Apple is pursuing this development track, I’d be a happy camper!

Well, I finally got my iPhone, and not one month into my phone ownership I started getting calls from numbers I didn’t recognize, and numbers that my Caller ID couldn’t recognize. The one time I did answer, I got an automated robo-call trying to sell me carpet cleaning services!

So I finally decided I wasn’t going to take it any longer and started researching free reverse cell phone directory listings. To be honest, I thought I could simply do a free search, but I was shocked that free directories aren’t always free. And many times, the free directories just can’t return the information I’m searching for.

Ultimately I ended up using a service that charged a small fee, and allowed unlimited searches for a year – money well spent!

Is this thing really worth it?

I mean, sure, its pretty and all, and it has lots of functionality, but it uses a slow AT&T Edge connnection, not to mention the bugs that get uncovered when any technology product is first revealed.

Me? I’m waiting to see what the real word on the street is, and if I’m truly enamored with the thing, I’ll wait for version 2.0, thank you.
